The Board of Directors of the NFB of Montana authorized four awards of $750 each to the National Convention. The awards are to help with travel costs to the 2024 NFB Convention in Orlando, Florida. To apply, please send an e-mail to NFB of Montana President Jim Marks at president@nfbofmt.org. In the e-mail, please provide your full contact information including mailing address, telephone numbers, e-mail, etc. Also please provide a brief essay on what you hope to gain by attending in-person the National Convention along with a description of how you have been involved in the NFB of Montana so far. To be eligible, one must be a member of the NFB of Montana. These awards, unlike the Jernigan Scholarship above, are for all members, not just first time attendees to the Convention. A Committee appointed by the President decides who gets one of the four scholarships.
